Capital Maintenance Ltd is proud to announce that we have successfully been awarded the Fabric Maintenance contract, partnering with JLL Central London Team to provide Fabric services for The Crown Estate.
As an existing service partner who has provided building fabric services to Regent Street for the past 30 years, we are really excited to be awarded this contract which now includes Residential and The St James’s portfolio.
The portfolio comprises in excess of over 160 commercial and residential properties and with an amazing team behind us we look forward to delivering a first-class, client led service.
